Background Checks are Mandatory for ALL Volunteers

All league volunteers for baseball must complete 5 mandatory items (4 of which are annual).

Annual Mandatory Requirements

1. Mandatory background check (paid for by LCBSA). Volunteers can complete online via our partner JDP.
2. Concussion Training (send certificate of completion to your division GM)
3. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training (send certificate of completion to your division GM)
4. Mandatory Reporter Training (choose "volunteer" course - send screenshot to your division GM showing you completed it)

One-Time Mandatory Requirement

(once you have submitted your Live Scan to LCBSA once, you do not need to do it again)

5. Complete Live Scan (typically costs about $30). Use this filled out form when requesting the Live Scan. Select the DOJ version.
